This historic bungalow has 2 separate units, one downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs "Pineapple House" includes the large backyard & front porch. You can check its availability on our other listing to reserve both separately. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT only. Here's what you can expect at the Pineapple Suite: LIVING ROOM -Roku TV -large leather sofa and leather chair -dining table with seating for 2 -ceiling fan - blackout curtains BEDROOM -king bed w/ linens provided -Roku TV -desk -dresser, lots of closet room -ceiling fan -room darkening curtains BATHROOM -shower -sink and sit-down vanity -toilet -towels and washcloths provided -full size washer and dryer KITCHEN -stainless fridge, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster -Keurig Duo (for K-cups or ground coffee) -pots/pans, dishes, & everything needed to make meals PARKING -There is a driveway that can park up to 2 cars right next to the entrance to the suite + street parking if needed. If someone is staying in the downstairs unit, please know you may see them in the driveway as well. CLIMATE CONTROL: central heat and air CHECK IN: Private entrance is through a side door on the home. Guests may check in at their convenience anytime after 3pm with a personalized code. ***We do NOT rent to those under 25.
