Amy was very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful Girls Weekend trip thanks to the amazing location and amenities. Definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great space close to everything of interest in the area.

Our stay at Amy’s was wonderful. We were there in early November, just past peak foliage, and we were close to great hiking, the Baths, the Homestead, and all the shops and restaurants on the main street. The main downstairs living space is generously sized. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to put together some basic dinners with what we packed. We did yoga in the open space downstairs and a puzzle at the dining room table one night. The living room was cozy (though we wished it had a couple more blankets!). Upstairs, I was delighted to realize each bedroom has its own bathroom, in addition to the full bath downstairs. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. We didn’t really use the outdoor space because we soaked at the Baths two nights and had wet hair 😂 but the space was beautiful. Our check in and check out were both easy. Our main reflection was that we should have stayed another day!

Josephine Cottage is lovely, comfortable, and very convenient to The Homestead. The setup is perfect, with three nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for the cooking that we did. The outside areas are very enjoyable, with a beautiful deck, comfortable furniture and a fire pit. Would be happy to stay there again!
