Our stay at Amy's place was absolutely perfect and will definitely be back! Immaculate house, comfortable beds, perfect location, great access to the sauna at the barn down the street and we soaked every day in the pools across the street! Had a lovely fire in the fireplace each night.

Perfect spot for our friends reunion. We came from CA, WA, GA, PA, IL, and NC. The house was spacious. Lots of areas for us to be together as a group and areas for small group conversations. The porch was a favorite spot. The views were spectacular. Great sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough to handle too “many cooks”. We all enjoy cooking and the dining room was able to accommodate all of us. Having en-suite bathrooms was the hook when we booked. We were a group of 70+ year olds so having our own bathrooms was much appreciated. Highly recommend this Airbnb. We are hoping to make it an annual event. Thank you, Cynthia, for providing the perfect place for our reunion!

The view outside was amazing, having the river and the pipeworks in front of the caboose was really cool to watch. The deck and yard made it even better. Easily the one of the best spots to stay at.

The stay at James Station was absolutely wonderful and the ambiance and views were outstanding. This is a must add for your future trips. Very unique and the area/community were nice.

If you are looking for an awesome place to stay in Lynchburg, look no further !! The silo was so unique and such an awesome experience, Amy is great host with tons of recommendations for stuff to do in the area. The silo was immaculate and I was very impressed with how they transformed it into a home. I had a great time enjoying the views of the James river, thanks again Amy !

What a treat. Truly a space you could enjoy inside and out. Stunning views and an open floorplan with perfect room privacy. The amenities made it easy to feel like you were in your own home. Amy was a responsive and helpful host. Hope to return again next year.

The Sanctuary is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The views of the pond and the mountains are amazing and the prepared fire pit was the perfect touch. Christine is a wonderful host and it was a privilege to be able to enjoy her slice of heaven.

This was our second time to this cozy Airbnb and we are so happy we shared it with friends this time! It’s a 5 minute drive to restaurants or the beach in a quiet neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed if you visit this home!

The house was as cool as the photos. We rented for parents weekend the kitchen and dining room was great for entertaining. The house was well equipped and super clean. Will be back.

This home was everything we could have wanted in a rental in Hot Springs. It was everything we wanted in a rental! Amy and Stacey were great hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in such a wonderful area with so much to do!! Highly recommend!!
